Join Us in Guatemala for a Transformative Retreat of Movement, Connection & Community Amongst Women.
Kawoq Forest:
November 5- November 10,2025

Nestled in the highlands above Lake Atitlán, the Kawoq Forest is a living sanctuary rooted in Mayan cosmology. Named after the Mayan Nawal “Kawoq,” the spirit of community, family, fertility, and collective healing, this forest holds a deep and nurturing energy that supports personal transformation and connection.
This retreat is for you if you are seeking...

Deep Rest & Reconnection
We invite you to unplug from the noise of everyday life and return to a slower, more natural rhythm. It’s the kind of place where you can breathe deeper, sleep better, and truly rest — mentally, emotionally, and physically.
Energetic & Spiritual Reset
Many people feel a unique energetic pull to the lake. Known by the Maya as a sacred portal, the land carries a powerful spiritual presence that supports introspection, healing, and inner clarity.
Cultural Richness & Authentic Connection
We will connect with the wisdom of the local Mayan communities, traditional ceremony, and local cuisine — adding depth and authenticity to the journey.
