Vinyasa Flow
This class combines the flowing style of Vinyasa ('movement with breath') with a series of strong and powerful postures. Each Vinyasa Flow class targets physical strength and flexibility throughout the entire body. You can expect creative sequencing and thoughtful centerings.
Foundations of Vinyasa
This foundational Vinyasa class is for the newer student, or for someone that wants to get back to basics. In this class we will provide a breakdown and explanation of each pose to learn proper movement, alignment, and terminology. This is a slower paced class that supports students of varying levels in their practice.
Pilates Mat Flow
Pilates Mat Flow is a core-strengthening, flexibility-enhancing movement practice that draws from Joseph Pilates' classic 34 mat exercises and his students' work.
Accessible to beginners yet challenging for seasoned movers, this low-impact practice uses body weight and small props to improve posture, alignment, and overall strength—with the occasional Downward Facing Dog included!
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a practice of primarily seated and laying down postures, where we hold poses for 3-5 minutes with the option of bolsters and blocks.
By holding postures for 3-5 minutes it gives the facia and connective tissue a chance to release tension and strengthen the parasympathetic nervous system. This is accompanied by guided meditation and breath work.
