Class Types

Vinyasa Flow

This class combines the flowing style of Vinyasa ('movement with breath') with a series of strong and powerful postures. Each Vinyasa Flow class targets physical strength and flexibility throughout the entire body. You can expect creative sequencing and thoughtful centerings.

Foundations of Vinyasa

The Foundations of Vinyasa class is a great option for a newer yogi or for someone that wants to get back to basics. In this class we will provide a breakdown and explanation of each pose to learn proper movement, alignment, and terminology. This is a slower paced class that supports students of varying levels in their practice.

Slow Flow Vinyasa

Taken at a slower pace than our Vinyasa Flow class, this style offers slower transitions between poses and encourages mindfulness, resilience and self-compassion.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a practice of primarily seated and laying down postures, where we hold poses for 3-5 minutes with the option of bolsters and blocks.

By holding postures for 3-5 minutes it gives the facia and connective tissue a chance to release tension and strengthen the parasympathetic nervous system. This is accompanied by guided meditation and breath work.
