Vinny Colandrea @reverb_yogi is a sound therapy practitioner, composer, and yogi from the Hudson Valley. A multi-instrumentalist trained by Sadhguru and gong master Don Conreaux, he blends rare instruments like the gong, Kotamo, and Tibetan bowls to create meditative soundscapes. Rooted in spirituality and awareness, his work helps others find stillness and connect more deeply with life.

We hosted our first of many dinner events over the weekend! 

Bringing community together through movement, dining, and the opportunity to meet new people made this event extra special! 

This was made possible in collaboration with @collyerevents who prepared not only a delicious 4 course meal, but also beautifully plated each course in our tiny kitchen. 

And a huge thanks to @jillianfontanasomm who thoughtfully paired each course with Sake and offered explanation of each pairing. 

We hope to offer these types of events a few times a year!

Western culture has frequently painted yoga as a practice geared towards flexible women, with many men only feeling drawn to the most physically intense styles. But yoga is — and always has been — for everyone.

We are deeply grateful to see more men in our community stepping onto their mats, exploring the power of breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement. It’s a reminder that true strength comes not just from physical effort, but from the courage to slow down, connect, and open the heart.

    Yoga for Tween Girls (Age 10-14) is back! 🧘‍♀️ Starting May 5th, Mondays at 5pm. 

This 6-week series is intended to bring confidence, relaxation, and fun into the lives of our youth girls. ✨

Each session is themed around concepts like body positivity, tools for handling anxiety, and how to find love and kindness within ourselves.

In the past the girls have particularly loved the “tea time” where we sit and chat at the end. They refer to this as our time to “spill the tea”. 😂
