This is a very challenging shape that requires full body activation through strength and alignment. Here are a few things to be mindful of: 🌱Engage your core 🌱Protect your shoulders by broadening collar bone and keeping chest slightly lifted. 🌱Activate your legs. Engage thighs, press back through heels. 🌱Align your neck through a neutral spine and gaze slightly ahead of you 🌱Modify as needed with props or knees down In our foundations of vinyasa class, this is the kind of instruction you can expect during class.
