Vinyasa Flow

Build strength and flexibility in this dynamic Vinyasa Flow class. Expect creative sequences, powerful postures, and breath-led movement designed to challenge and center you.

Pilates Mat Flow

Level: All Levels

Pilates Mat Flow is a low-impact, core-focused class that blends classic Pilates with modern movement. Great for beginners and seasoned movers alike, it builds strength, posture, and alignment– sometimes with a Downward Dog thrown in!

Breathe & Restore

Level: All Levels

Think of this class as a warm hug for your nervous system. You’ll ease in with guided meditation, settle into supported restorative poses, and end with a blissful savasana– plus a complimentary cup of tea to take the calm with you.

Yin Yoga

Level: All Levels

Come and experience Yin, where we hold seated and laying down postures for 2-5 minutes with the support of bolsters and blocks, giving our bodies the time, space, and ease to let go and lengthen. This is a more gentle and slow paced class.

Good Morning Slow Flow

Level: All Levels

Start your day with this gentle, grounding flow– perfect for all Levels. We begin with restorative breath work, followed by slow, mindful movement to wake up your body and calm your mind. No intense flows or balances– just a peaceful rhythm to ease you into the day.

Vinyasa Happy Hour

Level: All Levels

Vinyasa Happy Hour is our fun, feel-good Friday flow! After an energizing Vinyasa sequence, we take time to play– exploring a peak pose together in a supporting, laid-back space. Come move, learn, and laugh your way into the weekend!

Power Flow Vinyasa

Level: Intermediate/Advanced

Power Flow Vinyasa is a dynamic and athletic practice that blends strength, fluid movement, and intentional breathwork.

 This class builds internal heat through continuous flow sequences that challenge your muscles and focus your mind. You can expect options for inversions, arm balances, and play. Perfect for anyone looking to increase stamina, improve mobility, and leave feeling powerful and refreshed.

Yoga Strength

Level: All Levels

An energizing class that blends mindful yoga with light weight training. Flow to warm up, build strength with weighted postures, and finish with a grounding cool down. Perfect for deepening your practice while boosting stability and muscle tone. We provide all weights—just show up and move.

Pre & Post Natal Yoga

Level: All Levels

Prenatal Yoga is a gentle, supportive class designed for expectant mothers to move with intention, ease tension, and connect with baby. With breath work, mindful movement, and community, this all-levels class nurtures body and mind through every trimester.
